🧼 Cleaning Services Policy (Divine Legacy Cleaning Co.)

All cleaning appointments must be booked in advance through our website.

Payments:
Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise discussed.

Service Scope:
Basic Cleaning is for maintenance only.
Deep Cleaning is required for first-time services, heavy buildup, or detailed cleaning needs.

Pricing:
Prices are starting rates and may increase based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the space. Any changes will be discussed before service begins.

Arrival & Access:
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays may affect service time or require rescheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-Day Appointments:
Limited same-day appointments may be available based on scheduling.

Saturdays:
Limited Saturday appointments are available and may be subject to availability and adjusted pricing.

Additional services may be quoted separately.

🎉 Event Cleaning Policy

Event cleaning includes pre-event or post-event cleanup as scheduled.

Large events, excessive waste, or extended cleaning time may require additional charges, which will be discussed prior to service.

🏡 Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Policy

This service is designed for standard turnovers.

Properties requiring deep cleaning, excessive cleaning, or same-day urgent service may be subject to additional fees.

👕 Custom Design Policy (Tkreationz Designs)

All custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Demos:
Design previews are provided within 24 hours of purchase.

Approval:
Orders must be approved before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

Processing Time:
Ready-to-go designs are processed within 24–48 hours, then shipped or delivered.

🔮 Healing Services Policy (Healing With Tee)

All sessions must be booked in advance.

Phone Sessions:
Clients must be available at the scheduled time. A text must be sent prior to the call.

Email Readings:
Please allow time for your reading to be completed and delivered.
